The Summer I turned Pretty: Belly is the problem

'The Summer I turned Pretty' more like the summer I turned into a mess. Take off your glasses and then boom you have your glow up, season one's plotline is so awfully obvious, Belly, our protagonist spends her vacation with Suzanna and her boys every summer, but this summer is different, and can you guess why is that so?

Yep, that's right she has a glow up, so this summer is going to be different for her and also, she likes one of Suzanna's son Conrad, well she always liked him, but he acts like big jerk towards her in the first few episodes. Jeremiah on the other hand Conrad's brother, is a sweetheart towards Belly, always looking out for her, being there for her when she needs him the most, but can you guess what belly does? she breaks his heart by kissing Conrad and gives him false hope in the beginning.

Yeah, Belly is the problem here and there is no defending her, and I admit that she is young and naive, so she made mistakes but like she's also really oblivious and chooses to be ignorant towards others while always thinking about herself. I wrote 'chooses' because she deliberately does get called out for being inconsiderate yet she refuses to work on it and nothing wrong with thinking about yourself but maybe tone it down and don't make a scene at your ex's mother funeral yeah, I'm talking about Belly here again, also Belly always plays the victim card for no absolute reasons, and I personally know lots of people like her in real life, so this pisses me off.

Belly is a mess, a literal mess. She practically ruined the relationship between the fisher brothers because one day she would choose Conrad and the next day Jeremiah, talk about loyalty, am I right?

No, I don't recommend this show to anyone if you do end up watching it though then good luck with your blood pressure because mine sure went high while watching this show.

The books that the show is based off is somewhat decent, but Belly is still annoying.
